Meet The Team
Buttons & Needles is a family affair.
The journey started way back in 2019 to venture into a private clothing line as a family-oriented business startup.
The idea came 2 years ago with the intention of creating an inclusive custom stitch appeal line to make everyone feel welcomed in the fashion world.
We are keen to introduce a fair fashion concept, empowering the community, and women to improve sizing options, and abandon distorted body image, misconceptions, and stereotypes.
A true sibling is beyond conditions.
Charity begins at home, so does women empowerment. I want my sister to be independent, confident, and financially stable as a one-woman army.
Setting up a sustainable production line is key to any fashion brand. I seek the help of my beloved sister Ayesha Asif to make it a fair fashion family-oriented business.
A true connection is beyond words.
Welcoming my favorite cousin on board is the next logical step. I want him to learn new things but also ride on our success.
Creating a brand that is visually appealing, as well as guides potential customers to fulfill their unsatisfying fashion needs all the way is the core of any online shop.
Working with people you connect with at all levels is a blessing in disguise.
Ayesha is in charge of procurement, material sourcing, and giving back to the community by creating a pool of local talented tailors. In every possible way, she’s truly a loving sister.
Nouman is responsible for visualizing our brand values through graphics, and animation. On all occasions, he’s truly a dependable cousin.
Buttons & Needles is a labor of love, passion, and sheer determination.
We set up local factory and created a pool of local talented tailors. Helping them is actually helping Button & Needles. We aim to operate business ethically from product sourcing to final delivery to you.
Our expert team is handpicked based on craftsmanship, willing to expand market reach, and most importantly eager to deliver goods according to western taste. We have hygienic working conditions, offer fair wages and benefits.
We’re also working on providing opportunities to single mothers, and female heads of households. Support us to support fair fashion.
