Medium elastic tape looms elastic 5 cm (2 inches) on the front of the dress waistline for comfort around the dress that falls below the waist (Black).

Fabric
History
Georgette fabric made of silk.
French dressmaker "Georgette de la Plante" introduced Georgette fabric in the early twentieth century.
It was denoted as a class, dresses were only worn by royal families as they were expensive, and nevertheless, elegant.
Surface
Georgette is a see-through fabric having a grainy texture that is durable.
Hold
Georgette has a crushed or twisted feel, the sheer comes in both translucent and opaque textures.
The fabric is a perfect choice for those who love the soft silky yet comfortable look.
Crease
Georgette has tightly twisted yarns used in the weave for a fold appearance but doesn’t hold creases.
Transparency
The fabric reflects in the room-light, and sunlight gives it a shiny appearance.
Drape
Georgette is a flowy fabric having a nice structure and drapes beautifully.
The hemline layered adds dimension to create an eye-catching effect.
Stretch
Georgette has a low stretchability due to its bounce.
The fabric weaves have tight yarn twists that prevent stretching.
Production
Georgette fabric is weaved by alternating between two ends of the right hand with two ends of the left-hand hard twist yarns.
The production of Georgette is biodegradable, involves sustainable practices, consequently, environmentally-friendly.
Maintenance
Hand Wash
Hand washing is highly recommended.
Avoid the use of bleach or any other harsh chemicals.
Use a mild silk-friendly detergent and fabric conditioner.
Soak it in a tub filled with cold water (no more than 20 minutes), and move it around to let the soap distribute evenly.
Gently press the dress while still wet to remove excess water and rinse.
Machine Wash
The dress buttons are sensitive to machine wash.
For their longevity, hand washing is highly recommended over machine wash.
In the case of machine wash, avoid the use of bleach or any other harsh chemicals.
Turn the dress inside out. Use a very gentle detergent and select the delicate cycle.
The water temperature should be cold and the spin is on low.
Dry Cleaning
In case of spills, dry with wet tissue immediately without rubbing.
Dry cleaning is not required.
Air Drying
Use a flat surface to dry on a clean towel. Avoid drying it in the dryer.
Use room temperature to dry it. The fabric is sensitive to pressure marks.
Ironing
The fabric does not wrinkle easily
Iron if required (optional). In the case of ironing, let it completely dry.
Flip the dress inside out and set the iron to low heat.
